The best thing about a bubbly spritz is how easy it is to make and enjoy. This sweet and tangy combination is perfect for sipping outside on a warm, sunny day.
Ingredients
- 1½ ounces Aperol
- Juice of ¼ lemon
- 2–3 lemon slices
- 2 strawberries, sliced thin
- 4–5 ounces sparkling rosé
Preparation
Combine Aperol, lemon juice, lemon slices and strawberries in an ice-filled glass and stir gently. Pour the sparkling rosé slowly down the inside of the glass until full.
